Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Elsewherepitch Concrete wants elsewherepitch.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We aim to build a site that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support accessibility, we try to:

  • Structure pages with clear headings in a logical order
  • Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text readable with strong color contrast
  • Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
  • Design pages that work on phones, tablets and desktops
  • Use plain, everyday language
  • Label form fields clearly

Current Limits

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of this site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a contractor, or email contact@elsewherepitch.living and we will do what we can to assist.

Send Us Feedback

We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@elsewherepitch.living and tell us:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What went wrong and what you expected
  • Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always Improving

Accessibility is never finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
